Job Description:

  • The Infrastructure Services Program Management group is seeking a Private Platform Services Infra Delivery Manager reporting to the Private Platform Services Portfolio Management Global Lead.
  • Primary responsibilities: coordinating JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and PTS to manage the delivery of Private Platform efforts requested by Private Platform Services Organizations.
  • The work involves coordination of milestone delivery working with peer organizations within Infrastructure Services and cross-functional teams within Technology Infrastructure.
  • The individual will drive successful outcomes within a given timeline, deliver transparency in risk management and reporting through various levels of management, coordinate requirements gathering, coordinate standard solution designs, coordinate security/risk policies with security teams, coordinate with operations and engineering teams on blockers, management of project documentation by Client Program Management Council (CPMC), Client Program and Project Management Procedure (CPPMS) standards and methodologies, and Infrastructure Services Program Management PCM (Process Control Manual)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed IT work plans through the use of JIRA/Confluence, Advanced Project Roadmap (e.g., schedules, budget, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports)
  • Interfaces with key stakeholders and portfolio managers regarding the status of projects.
  • Provides expertise in area and an intermediate level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.
  • Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Identifying and managing the critical path and milestones of a schedule
  • Identification of risks, that affect milestone deliverables with follow-through on mitigation, resolution, and path to green.
  • Knowledge of key technical dependencies across Private Platform Services, awareness of consequences or downstream impact associated with both timely and properly planned delivery..
  • Adhere to Client service and delivery processes and procedures.
  • Development of JIRA and Confluence dashboards for full transparency into assigned initiatives, and communication of status and issues to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
  • Ability to persuade, carry influence, and rally diverse interests toward common goals.
  • Coordination of global virtual teams working across multiple time zones/regions: NAM, EMEA, ASPAC, LATAM
  • A planned requires during the planned Green Zone, support weekend change bridge, communications, and coordination across various technical support teams serving as a primary escalation point within Infrastructure Services Program Management
  • Prepare and report status regularly, including metrics needed for various risk groups and dashboards where applicable.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Client, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Experience:

Strong and Demonstrable skills with the following:

  • Understanding of Data Center IT components that include Private Platforms, Networks, Storage, and Distributed systems
  • Knowledge of virtual environments, networks, and related technology applications, large-scale enterprise data centers, databases, storage, cloud
  • JIRA/Confluence (e.g., dashboards, advanced roadmap, Kanban boards, issues)
  • ServiceNow (e.g., INC, CHG, REQ, SLTN)
  • Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, vertical and horizontal lookups)
  • Microsoft Project (e.g., Project schedule building/editing with multiple dependencies/schedules shifting)

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Financial Services or similar fields with a documented track record of success
  • Project Management skills/working knowledge of the techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling programs and resources.

  • The Infrastructure Delivery Team is seeking a Technical Delivery Coordinator to report to the Lead Infrastructure Delivery Manager (IDM) for the HCX Migrations project.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the Lead IDM coordinate Tunnel Closure and HCX migration changes across global Virtual estate.
  • Coordination of Green Zones and change approvals with Application Teams, Sector Service Delivery teams, CAB committees, change management, and multiple technology teams (Network Engineering & Operations, Systems Administration, Virtualization and SDN Operations).
  • This will include driving to successful outcomes within a given timeline, and transparency in risk management and reporting. Adherence to Client Change Management Process and following the process as outlined by the Lead IDM and project sponsor.

Job Description:

  • Changes take place during application and/or network Green Zones (Green Zones can be middle of the night Saturday/Sunday (12 am -5 am), during the weekdays, or anytime on weekends after business hours depending on Application/ Business impact). There is a requirement to work during Green Zones to coordinate communications throughout the entire change window.
  • Coordinate with application teams and technology teams on Green Zone windows for each change upcoming and coordinate CHG submission through full approval in the ServiceNow system.
  • Review ServiceNow CHG requests to ensure accuracy completeness and adherence to templates.
  • Coordinate ServiceNow changes with Operations and attend CAB meetings
  • Complete necessary data entry into Excel to accurately represent the current state of initiatives
  • Escalate items to Lead IDM that require immediate attention quickly and efficiently to minimize impact
  • Interact with Global, Cross Functional, and Virtual teams
  • Host weekly and ad hoc calls (sometimes on weekends) where required to engage the correct teams

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Job Experience

Experience:

  • 1 -3 years experience in banking operations, Operational process management, Change Management
  • Should have good comprehension skills & be attentive to details
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage hundreds of emails daily
  • Advanced experience with Outlook, MS Teams, and Excel
  • ServiceNow modules: INC, CHG, Reporting

Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good oral and written communication skills (Professional customer responses)
  • Mastery of the English language, preventing miscommunication
