Sodexo has an exciting opening for a Senior Manager - HR Global Data Lead to join our team. The role is responsible for managing Global HR Data, ensuring accurate and timely process of Global Data. The successful candidate will design, implement and execute processes that align to global and regional data standards within SuccessFactors HCM. Develop and maintain HR data management applications, tools, and models. Manage cross-functional teams to ensure HR data integrity including data extraction, transformation, and validation.

This is a remote position. Candidates should reside in the Central or Eastern time zones or willing to work a schedule that aligns.

Key qualifications include the following:

  • Lead global teams with data integration standards and projects
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of HR data processing tools (ETL solutions)
  • Manage data aggregation, extraction and data manipulation
  • Collaborate and knowledge share with technical and data related applications and processes
  • Provide documentation support and data archiving as needed by the business
  • Liaison with internal teams - IS&T, Data Engineering/Analytics

Is this the right opportunity for you? We are looking for candidates that have/are:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience managing global data across multiple platforms, preferably in HR data management or related field
  • Proficiency in data extraction, transformation and analysis using MS SQL, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, MS Access, MS Power Platform, Databricks, or other relevant data applications
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Demonstrated experience working with large and disparate datasets (HR, Finance or operations preferred)
  • Experience with SQL and other data management tools
