THE OPPORTUNITY

The Brand Lead is responsible for the operational and financial performance of 360 Painting, a brand under the Premium Service Brands portfolio. This role will work closely with Franchise Owners, painting industry vendors, and PSB corporate franchise coaches and staff to provide the necessary resources to optimize business performance. The Brand Lead will develop and maintain the vision and strategy specific to 360 Painting, define key goals for the business and individual franchise owners, and promote alignment within the organization. Franchise Painting Experience Required.

What You’ll Do

  • Create, manage, and maintain an annual financial budget tailored around the painting industry, including top-line and bottom-line goals.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Franchise Business Coaches (FBCs) with specific attention to painting industry metrics through weekly review meetings and in-person field visits for continuous improvement and goal attainment.
  • Build and foster new and existing relationships to promote business performance.
  • Increase productivity, profitability, and customer service of painting franchise owners.
  • Identify, improve, and create processes for the brand.
  • Collaborate with Department Leads (Marketing, Operations, Customer Contact Center Lead, Legal, Franchise Development, and others at the PSB corporate office) to ensure alignment, innovation, and results, supporting franchisee growth.
  • Drive painting industry vendor partnerships to increase effectiveness and efficiency for all parties.
  • Facilitate conferences and training for coaches and Franchisees in partnership with the VP of Learning and certified coach staff, focusing on painting industry practices.
  • Lead robust peer performance groups within the painting business for best practice sharing and business growth/development.
  • Contribute to new franchisee recruiting efforts, including taking 1-1 calls with candidates, presenting at Discovery Days, and completing candidate assessments and summaries, with a focus on candidates with painting industry experience.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Required experience in the painting franchise industry, including running a business or a similar role with an understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities in the painting sector.
  • Experience in writing estimates for painting jobs, selling painting services to residential customers, and leading employees/subcontractors/craftsmen in the painting industry.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work well in teams and independently.
  • Goal and action-oriented, with the ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound ability to analyze industry-specific information quickly, respond logically, and use data to influence decisions, including creating goals, budgets, and identifying trends in the painting business.
  • Proven track record of achieving results, KPIs, and exceeding goals in the painting industry.


TRAVEL

Up to 25% to franchisee locations, the corporate office in Charlottesville, and to company events and conferences.
