Responsibilities Include
- Conducting individual recreation programs
- Participating in facility wide events
- Documenting program attendance and participation
- Following care plans, safety guidelines and ensuring the well-being of our resident population
- Encouraging resident participation, socialization, and community engagement
WHAT YOU NEED:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- 1-year previous experience in Nursing Home Recreation preferred
- Therapeutic Recreation Certificate preferred
- Compassionate and positive attitude
- Commitment to providing exceptional care and service to our residents
