  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Title/Role: Oracle HCM Configuration Engineer

Duration: Long-term Contract Position Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Overview:

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the HCM Core Module. You will play a crucial role in delivering customized solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Core Module across various regions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into effective configurations.
  • Provide expertise in key HCM modules and support clients through the implementation lifecycle.
  • Ensure system performance and stability by managing quarterly patches and updates.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to end users.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record with a significant number of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, particularly in the HCM Core Module.
  • Experience working with clients from multiple countries.
  • Expertise in at least two of the following HCM modules: [insert modules].
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting quarterly patches and updates.
  • Several years of hands-on experience with Core HR modules, whether on-premises or in the cloud.
  • Familiarity with recent HCM features implemented, such as Journeys or Digital Assistant.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Service Request (SR) processes, including escalation protocols for Severity 1 issues.
