  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java/ETL Informatica Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Informatica PowerCenter, and data integration technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and Java.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and Java.
  • Develop mappings, workflows, and sessions to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
  • Create and maintain Informatica mappings, workflows, and sessions.
  • Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and design data integration solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues.
  • Optimize Informatica workflows for performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and error handling mechanisms.
  • Develop and maintain Java applications to support data integration processes.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and test data integration solutions.
  • Follow best practices for coding, testing, and documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and technologies in Informatica PowerCenter and Java.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Java and Informatica PowerCenter development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Java EE, and related technologies.
  • Experience with Informatica PowerCenter 10.x or higher.
  • Strong understanding of data integration concepts, ETL, and data warehousing.
  • Experience with database management systems (RDBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other data integration tools such as Talend, Microsoft SSIS, or Oracle Data Integrator.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security.
  • Certification in Informatica PowerCenter or Java.
  • Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms such as AWS Glue or Azure Data Factory.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Docker.
