Identity Access Management
Fully Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Management (IAM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in a fully remote capacity, operating on Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity and access management within regulated environments, such as financial services.

In this role, you will work closely with a direct technical team and internal customers, including employees participating in certifications. You will also collaborate with teams dedicated to metrics and standardized documentation, as well as internal auditors and the second line of defense.

Your responsibilities will include thoroughly documenting all WIAM governance and certification processes, from pre-review to post-review activities. You will create, execute, and provide metrics on a robust Quality Assurance framework to ensure the integrity of WIAM reviews. Expertise with our current IGA/PAM tools, including Oracle Identity Manager, CyberArk, and our home-grown Privileged Identity Governance (PIG), is essential. You will also be responsible for executing all governance processes in a timely manner across all platforms as legacy review and certification processes are retired. Additionally, you will handle BAU activities related to the CCT workload.

The technical skills required for this position include proficiency in SharePoint, SQL, and CyberArk, with strong documentation skills using Word and Visio. You should have a deep understanding of fine-grain and coarse-grain access permissions and authorizations, including entitlements management. Familiarity with authorization models and concepts such as ACLs, DACLs, RBAC, ABAC, and Policy/Claims is necessary. You should also possess technical and engineering skills in identity, credential, and access management, with experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).

The ability to manage large data sets within Excel, including the use of data models, macros, pivot tables, reporting, and dashboarding, is crucial. Experience with SQL queries and working with MS Access databases is also required. You will administer SharePoint and have experience with CyberArk, ServiceNow (Incident, Change Management, Request), handling audit requests, and creating procedures, SOPs, and job aids.

If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for identity and access management and meet the qualifications outlined above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
