How will you make an impact?

The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for crafting, developing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT systems and software solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

What will you do?

  • Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those requirements.
  • Partner with team members to identify and articulate system requirements, design specifications, and implementation plans.
  • Develop, test, and implement complex IT systems and software solutions, including integrations with third-party systems.
  • Ensure that systems and software solutions are reliable, scalable, and secure.
  • Perform system maintenance and upgrades, including patches, updates, and backups.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and process flow diagrams.
  • Provide junior team members with technical leadership and mentorship.
  • Participate in system and software architecture design and review processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends and provide recommendations for their adoption.
  • Collaborate as a member of the PSG IT Data Services team to develop and align IT support processes globally to meet business and quality needs including support of regulatory audits, investigations, and CAPA.
  • Use ITIL and Process Improvement methodologies (such as PPI ) to drive improvements in IT processes and IT support services. Track metrics against SLA to ensure meeting business expectations.
  • Collaborate with business colleagues to understand support needs and develop effective partnerships in a sophisticated matrixed environment that deliver first class IT services to business colleagues
  • Collaborate with Global Infrastructure Services and/or Global Applications to fully demonstrate Corporate shared services and to implement company standards.
  • Understand and implement the company's system architecture standards and policies to improve efficiency and support business colleagues.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven track record in IT systems analysis, design, and development.
  • Deep technical expertise in software development, databases, and system integration.
  • Solid grasp of business processes and systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard software development tools and processes.
  • Experience with cloud-based systems and software development is a plus.
