The Role

- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for initiatives for integrated marketin campaigns, design projects, offline events and digital marketing, i.e. online marketing, email marketing, SMS, PDP and e-commerce copywriting, and social media campiagns.

- Liaison with Project Manager in China for overlapping project needs, such as larger marketing campaigns involving cross-functional teams and cross-border teams.

- Serve as a central point of contact and liaison between different departments, facilitating communication and information sharing between teams to optimize project outcomes and minimize conflicts. Foster collaboration and ensure alignment of goals and timelines.

- Engage with Chief Brand & Creative Officer and senior leadership to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address concerns or issues proactively.

- Work closely with the cross-functional teams to understand company-wide objectives and translate them into actionable plans and initiatives for the brand & creative department.

- Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success, developing strategies to address them effectively. Proactively monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

- Have strong command of English and Mandarin

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management focused on e-commerce and DTC apparel marketing, preferably in a cross-functional environment within the apparel category

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, delivering results on time and within budget

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds.

- Strong, clear communication skills

- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

- Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Proficient in project management softwares
