Core Technology & Operations is seeking at IT Project Manager to oversee multiple high-priority projects and/or business unit programs, which requires coordination across many resources with high levels of integration. The primary responsibilities for this role require overseeing the governance, compliance, and management of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) across multiple suppliers. Through the establishment of strong governance and oversight structure across multiple 3rd party suppliers, legal, procurement and operational business units that are the benefactor of services being governed. Establish the service level calculations, input and output from the operational reporting to develop the operational meeting cadence and governance oversight required to enforce the terms of the contracts (MSAs). Document any variances in performance across supplier SLAs and partner with Operations and Suppliers to remediate or create go to green plans. In many cases, penalties may be incurred and need to be applied according to contract and or amended statements of work. Focus on meeting customer needs and satisfaction by managing the interconnectivity of commitments and resolving ambiguity and issues, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders, and management, including senior leaders and executives. Ensure adherence to quality standards and established contract language and applicable service level metrics (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Provide leadership in managing multiple supplier contracts with respect to service level methodology, metrics and applicable pricing/penalties, coordinate volumetric reviews across operational teams to validate accuracy of billing, partner directly with supplier points of contact and Operations Leaders to review and validate monthly performance across a myriad of key performance indicators (KPIs), produce monthly and quarterly performance and financial views.

2. Develop and implement procedures for the governance and management of the suppliers MSAs. As a part of the Governance framework, create an intake process / tool to manage all changes to scope, requests for additional work and partner with the Automation Office and Operations units to make sure all work that is executed is aligned with the contract. Prepare Change Orders for review and approval. In some cases, this will require the development of a business case in partnership with the business/operations unit.

3. Identify and manage financial risks and any operational risks that might present through the management and oversight of the SLAs. Keep key stakeholders and leadership aware and drive the appropriate level of risk mitigation plans and execution.

4. In partnership with the supplier and Operations teams, collect data and reporting across all SLAs and KPIs to support the validation of performance and contract adherence. Establish independent testing routines for review and evaluation of performance data. Participate in quarterly supplier relationship calls. Evaluate progress and quality, manage issue resolution process and take corrective action, as necessary.

5. Ensure adherence to Risk and other corporate policies and requirements.

6. Develop quality business relationships so that business needs can be anticipated and addressed.

7. Proactively develop innovative approaches, risk mitigation strategies and quality control and assist in continuous improvement.

8. Scope of work - Span of Impact: Corporation; multiple suppliers across multiple operational units; Contract $170,000,00 - 200,000,000; Governance Structure: requires a build from contract framework, coordination across many stakeholders and collaboration with the supplier to define, the process, structure, cadence for meeting, input/output for data and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training

2. Ten years of experience in increasing complex project management, including 8 years of applicable business experience inclusive of project management experience

3. Knowledge in software development lifecycle in an enterprise environment

4. Experience as a steward over programs/project investments including: delivery of multi-year program investments, optimize investment return, strong consistent governance and formal controls to mitigate investment risk, delivery of core competencies like scope, schedule and budget, delivery of business goals and objectives along with the value promise and act as a co-driver with the business

5. Goal-oriented, action-focused, executive level interpersonal and communication skills

6. Ability to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands

7. Proven leadership skills

8. Outstanding record of project management success

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

2. Three years of financial services-related project experience

3. Experience with contract management and enforcement

4. Experience in working with service level standards and execution against large complex contracts

5. Experience with SharePoint (design / build / workflows)
