  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Project Manager with Energy Sector
Location: Tampa, FL
Additional knowledge Experience in the Energy sector (Power Generation, Distribution companies) would be beneficial, but not a must.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee technology projects and support the client's technology roadmap.
  • Manage mid to long-term projects, ensuring success in terms of costs, methods, and outcomes.
  • Lead projects through the project life cycle, executing PMO-defined processes using provided tools.
  • Perform project management tasks such as planning, scope definition, status reporting, and budget management.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of PMO operations.
  • Meet with project team members (both functional and technical) to identify and resolve risks/issues, escalating to leadership as necessary.
  • Plan and designate project resources, monitor progress using KPIs and appropriate tools, and keep sponsors/stakeholders informed.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with external resources, including third-party vendors.
  • Support ad hoc project requests, including regulatory and compliance programs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, Business, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 12-15 years of experience managing Software and IT projects.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in the IT sector, including web development and mobility projects.
  • Experience in PMO environments with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional matrixed teams, including IT, DevOps, Legal, Regulatory, and Engineering.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web & mobile technologies.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end projects, preferably from a services standpoint.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively, with strong facilitation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of MS Project, Smartsheet, and PPM tools (Atlassian suite Jira and Confluence).
  • SCRUM/Agile development experience is required.
  • PMP & Scrum Master certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in the Energy sector (Power Generation/Distribution, Gas Operations) is a plus.
