Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough analyses of business processes, systems, and operations.
    • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements.
    • Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
  2. Requirements Gathering:

    • Work closely with business units to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Create comprehensive requirement specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements.
  3. Solution Design:

    • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that address business needs.
    • Ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and align with overall business goals and objectives.
    • Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
  4. Project Management:

    • Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
    • Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
    • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and management.
  5. Stakeholder Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external partners.
    • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
  6. Data Analysis:

    • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytical tools to track performance metrics.
  7. Documentation and Training:

    • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, user guides, and training materials.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects and process improvements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) is required.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a collaborative approach to working with teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of industry best practices and trends in business analysis, project management, and data analytics.
