Job Summary:

  • We are looking for an experienced Executive to lead our global commercial print business. This position will report to the President, Global Print and will involve achieving business goals, driving growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing strategic initiatives in book printing, kitting, warehousing, and fulfillment for publishers across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing client acquisition and account expansion strategies in the U.S. and Canada
  • Expanding commercial print demand for our manufacturing plant in Argentina
  • Setting and achieving sales targets
  • Guiding print business development strategies and lead generation
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility
  • Directing marketing initiatives, including social media and industry presence
  • Providing strategic direction to the account management team
  • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Analyzing market trends and collaborating with peer directors and operational departments
  • Defining and building back-office operations that can efficiently scale with growth targets
  • Assessing, leading, and developing the new business development and account management teams
  • Identifying and connecting to resources across the business to support the commercial print team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in the commercial printing industry, with 5+ years in a sr. leadership role
  • Proven track record in driving business growth and managing client relationships
  • Strong understanding of book manufacturing, kitting, warehousing, and order fulfillment services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
  • Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong understanding of both offset and digital printing technologies and markets
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for print and related services
