Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in painting or surface preparation is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in blasting and painting, preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Familiarity with various blasting materials and painting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications closely.
- Knowledge of safety practices related to blasting and painting operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
