  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager (AI/ Gen AI)

Location: Alpharetta GA (preferred), Irving TX, and Tampa FL also ok

Duration: 12+ Months

Hybrid - 3 days/week in the office

Hiring Manager s Note:

We are looking for someone who has recent experience as an AI/ML

We do have a team that is focused on new AI work (Gen AI)

We are working on multiple used cases and taking them into production

We focus on marketing and sales space

We build these solutions for them

Someone who is hands-on with Python programming

Someone who has a good understanding of API, how to build API

Hands-on database skill

They need to have an understanding and experience to grab the requirements

We have a team that understands the functional nature of applications and solutions we are building and they can help this candidate. However, they should know what is needed to resolve those requirements for AI Solutions

Building a RAG

Working on document retrieval & data retrieval

Python experience and Python libraries experience

Someone who can build customer RAG and integrate with the existing solution

Hands-on with the integration of different systems using API

We will work on GenAI-based solutions

Knowledge of AI/ML

Hands-on experience working on projects in above mentioned fields

Big Data is not important

Responsibilities:

Drive the development and application of new technologies focused on Big Data Artificial Intelligence

Identify and initiate opportunities across the Enterprise, building collaboration, and influencing strategic direction by raising the visibility of trends and issues across the

competitive landscape

Lead cross-functional initiatives, develop action plans, establish milestones, and provide status updates

Drive cross functional Big Data AI initiatives, Gen AI Initiatives, including the development of the roadmaps, key metrics, and success criteria

Manage and communicate key timelines and deliverables to execute strategic initiatives

Stand up Ad-hoc Work Groups (AWGs) and Proofs of Concepts for new Big Data AI initiatives

Define and own key metrics and key performance indicators

Identify and leverage expertise, technological investments, and AI techniques

Research new technology opportunities, investigate industry trends, and deliver compelling, data-driven recommendations to guide business decisions and improve business

performance

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

Data Management: Proficient in manipulating and analyzing data from different sources (cloud and on-premise), at different scales (big data and small data), and of different

formats, identifying correct data, and relevant data fields, and able to understand the data s quantity and quality

Skilled in Core concepts of data, AI, and machine learning.

Complex problem-solving and logic-driven thinking, Generative AI Understanding

Knowledgeable of a variety of AI/ML models, and frameworks (keras, PyTorch, etc.)

Excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration skills, Ability to work with technical and business teams to bridge any gaps to ensure successful project delivery,

Manage Projects within budget, work closely with stakeholders, and keep informed on the projects

Understand AI approaches and model development lifecycle, Able to evaluate model and guide testing

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Econometrics, Operations Research, Quantitative Social Science)

Project Management Certification PMP/PMI
