  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is a Private Equity firm in the Generalist space who are looking to onboard an Associate/Senior Associate to their team in NYC. The firm typically focuses on sectors such as technology, healthcare, consumer/retail, and industrials.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Market Research: Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to identify investment opportunities and risks.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence to assess the viability and potential returns of investment deals.
  • Deal Execution: Assist in managing the transaction process, including negotiations, structuring, and documentation of investment agreements.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and support portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and operational recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for internal stakeholders and investment committees, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of either private investment/investment banking experience
  • Exceptional MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and an ability to distill complex analysis and information to easily digestible and understandable presentations
  • Undergraduate degree in a business-related field
