PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Data Analyst and Scheduler is a pivotal role within the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS), responsible for maintaining, analyzing, improving, and integrating the Capital Projects ERP system processes, as well as creating and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera and e-Builder. This position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, efficient system processes, comprehensive reporting, and effective scheduling to support the timely and cost-effective completion of capital projects.

Requirements
Perform data auditing and validation to ensure accuracy of system data. Provide quality control reports to customers and training teams for correction and follow-up.
Create and maintain system-related documentation, including training manuals, business requirements, workflows, and reports.
Develop workflows to automate and streamline business processes based on documented requirements.
Perform imports and exports of data from multiple sources/systems.
Create automated integrations between systems using APIs or other forms of integration, reducing the number of manual interventions.
Ensure schedules are aligned with project requirements, timelines, and milestones.
Assist in the integration of scheduling processes with other business units to ensure cohesive project management.
Support the development and implementation of architectural policies and procedures.
Ensure schedules meet SCCPSS standards and project specifications.

Prepare and present regular schedule updates and reports to stakeholders.
Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and issues.
Provide technical support and training to project managers and other stakeholders on scheduling tools and processes.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT Incumbents will be considered “at will.” Appropriate pay will be determined based on the Grade as determined by Human Resources and allowable experience. The is a 250-day position. (A-5) 07/24

Requirements
- Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Information Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or technology related field.
- Five or more years of demonstrated experience as a business analyst gathering data requirements, performing data analysis, system integrations, and system process review on an ERP system in a large-scale, multi-user environment.
- Demonstrated experience in project scheduling using Primavera and e-Builder.
- Experience maintaining and supporting ERP solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical/design skills, and the ability to identify data and data model inconsistencies and conflicts.
- Ability to examine data and understand inter-relationships and correlations using deductive and inductive reasoning.
- Detail-oriented, a team player, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well with a variety of customers and other technical personnel.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to write comprehensive reports and conduct presentations, training sessions, and meetings.
- Preferred: Knowledge of e-Builder Construction Application Software and a minimum of five or more years of experience in project controls with construction industry knowledge.
