Guest Services (Host/Hostess)

GolfSuites is looking for experienced, reliable, and personable Guest Services Team Partners (i.e., Host/Hostess). At GolfSuites, we take pride in creating a welcoming, positive and engaging atmosphere for all Team Partners and we empower Team Partners to be their unique selves, have fun and create moments that matter for everyone!

GolfSuites mission is to provide a FUN, Inclusive, and Engaging golf-themed entertainment facility centered on FUN, Hospitality, and Game improvement. With a promise to Deliver FUN with passion!

Do you have a passion to deliver FUN to guests? Does your energy and enthusiasm show in your work? Do you communicate well with your teammates? Are you available to work in a FUN environment in the evenings and on the weekends? Then we may have the right opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they walk into the venue
• Answer phones and answer guest questions
• Give guests accurate wait time estimates
• Guide guests to tables/bays
• Explain game functionality
• Manage suite/bay assignment systems
• Optimize seating to ensure even workload for servers
• Bus and clean tables as needed
• Manage game system, including setting time, adding time, monitoring table turn, etc.
  
  

Requirements

• Display eergy and enthusiasm
• Demonstrate excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on and as a team
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions for extended periods
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods including maneuvering up and down stairs
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stoop and bend
