Summary (Essential Functions): Ensure all areas of the Club are clean and sanitary. Dust, clean, vacuum, sweep, and disinfect Club areas. Report any damage, burnt out bulbs, and plumbing problems to Maintenance Director. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Director or General Manager.

Qualifications

Candidate must be able to meet certain physical requirements, including standing for long periods, walking, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be available weekends. One year of experience required.

Qualified candidates will be reliable, professional, and able to successfully work in a team environment. Candidates will have effective listening and communication skills and a strong desire to provide excellent service. All candidates will work to ensure the fulfillment of the Club's mission to provide a warm and friendly environment for our members and guests, through commitment and dedication with a personal touch.
