Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist with 5-7 years of experience, ideally within the payments or technology industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our processes and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive process improvement initiatives within the organization, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with shared services customer service and support operations teams to optimize workflows and enhance service delivery.
  • Analyze complex processes to identify inefficiencies and develop data-driven strategies for improvement.
  • Utilize process mapping tools and project management software to document and manage projects effectively.
  • Influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to implement process improvements and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies, particularly in Wallet, Payment, and Commerce processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate processes and recommend enhancements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, with a critical and creative approach to overcoming challenges.
