Regional Service Manager - North
Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.\n\nThe work model for the role is: Remote\n\nThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries division.\n\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\n \tPerforming entry level field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performs analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.\n \tPreparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.\n \tExecuting work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensuring the job is done on time and as per quality standards.\n \tTroubleshooting simple equipment failures and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.\n\nOur team dynamics\nYou will join a dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role

  • High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of professional work experience required.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 80% as required.
  • Experience with system Network maintenance.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
