  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and sales proposals to secure profitable deals and long-term partnerships with national accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales operations, and product development to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to national accounts.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on account performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends to senior management to inform decision-making processes.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand awareness and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance their sales skills, industry knowledge, and understanding of national account management best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as an individual contributor in achieving and exceeding sales targets within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in building out sales strategies tailored to hospitals or clinics, including identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Ability to bring a substantial book of business and cultivate relationships with national healthcare accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present proposals, negotiate contracts, and influence key decision-makers.
  • Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to drive customer success.
