Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate the creative vision and strategy for the brand, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

  • Oversee the development of visual content for campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality in execution.
  • Drive innovative solutions that push creative boundaries and elevate brand messaging.
  • Analyze audience engagement metrics to inform creative strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the creative process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role within a creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects and successful campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, brand identity, and marketing integration.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute creative strategies that drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in analyzing performance metrics and using insights to inform creative decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce or DTC industries.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and design software.
