We are seeking an experienced RF Engineering Manager to lead our Advanced Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) team. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience managing RF and Microwave engineering teams, particularly in the fields of Electronic Warfare (EW), Aerospace, or Defense applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the RF engineering team to achieve technical and project goals.

  • Oversee the design and development of broadband and millimeter-wave microwave systems.

  • Manage the use of design and analysis tools for RF/Microwave applications.

  • Implement Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with engineering and quality requirements for defense applications.

  • Oversee documentation and configuration control for multi-level electronic assemblies constructed with chip-and-wire and SMT techniques.

  • Plan and manage development programs using Microsoft Project.

  • Drive results within a matrix organization and interface directly with customers.

  • Manage business aspects including budgeting, cost estimating, resource planning, and proposal development.

Requirements:

  • Master s Degree in Engineering or Management.

  • Five (5)+ years of experience leading RF and Microwave engineering teams.

  • Expertise in broadband microwave and millimeter-wave design.

  • Knowledge of RF/Microwave design and analysis tools.

  • Strong understanding of RCCA concepts and initiatives.

  • Experience with defense application engineering and quality standards.

  • Proficiency in documentation and configuration control concepts.

  • Experience with program management and using Microsoft Project.

  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.

  • Excellent customer interfacing skills.

  • Business acumen, including budget management and resource planning.

  • Active SECRET security clearance.
