Job Description
The Security Architecture Programs Team is looking for a Program Manager Technology 2, Security, to partner with other Program Managers to support our Design Review Program and Enterprise Security Solutions Councils (ESSC).
The Design Review Program is utilized across Nordstrom Technology to ensure teams make design decisions that are solid and maintainable to enable teams to deliver more reliable services that adhere to Nordstrom Technology Standards.
The ESSC program establishes cross-team councils to identify practicable solutions to enterprise-wide security challenges, empowering teams to spend more time focused on innovative features and services that add business value while ensuring adherence to security requirements.
Program management involves managing and driving programs that have a broad scope that may change or evolve over time to meet organizational needs. Program managers expect change and even embrace it. They have a strong sense of ownership and accountability and are responsible for end-to-end quality of what they are managing. Success is measured in terms of how a program manager manages key deliverables, relationships with key stakeholders, and status reporting.

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $121,500-$188,500 annually
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. A day in the life...
- Own and drive all tasks associated with onboarding teams to the design review process
- Manage design review advocate groups including recruitment, assignment, huddles and monthly retrospectives
- Set up and frequently check-in on all design review channels
- Drive weekly design review office hours
- Monitor resource approvals
- Own project closure process
- Collaborate with team members on all program improvements
- Contribute to weekly operational reviews
You own this is you have...
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in technical program management, cyber security, or related field
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT field, or equivalent working experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, Gitlab, Jira and ServiceNow
- The ability to navigate through ambiguity and think big picture
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- You are customer-obsessed
- Collaborate and partner well with team members and stakeholders
