PowerPay is in search of a Client Account Representative (CAR) due to increased organization growth. You will work closely with our customer operations and sales team to ensure we are delivering a positive client experience. Our aspirations are high and with your expertise you can help take our business to the next level.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Inbound and outbound calls to address customers questions about products and services
Communicating with customers through various channels
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
Strong customer management skills
Strong computer, phone and active listening skills
Excellent communication skills
Good business acumen
Desire to work hard and enjoys a challenge
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer focused mentality
Detail Oriented
Organized
Bachelor's degree desired
Previous experience in loan or mortgage industry helpful
