We're a national engineering service company that is growing. We have a branch office in a suburb of Winnipeg and are looking for a leader to build this growing branch.

Must have these skills in order to be considered:
1. Must have managed a field service organization in the past.
2. Must have owned a P&L and capable of dissecting one.
3, Must be open-minded to creative growth ideas and growth mindset.
Ideally, you come from engineering services, however, we're happy to review all candidate submissions who have lead field service teams.
