Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer support experience
  • Excellent phone communication, written communication and active listening skills
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Documentation skills
  • Be positive and have a driven attitude
  • Experience with CRM systems and best practices
  • Ability to respond and adapt to different types of customers
  • Ability to multi-task, strong time management
  • Have knowledge of the Microsoft office suite

Responsibilities:

  • Handle 40+ inbound calls daily
  • Handle email inquiries from customers
  • Keep record of customer interactions and file documents within CRM system
  • Identify and assess customers needs
  • Provide accurate information and support using the proper methods and tools as provided
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner. Follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction to maintain client retention
  • Completing time sensitive tasks
  • Trouble shooting and resolving customers issues
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
