Job Description:
The role of Marketing Manager, Web Operations contractor will be responsible for the web operational arm and work with a team of marketers delivering exceptional website experiences for our customers, strong results for our business, in a high-performing environment. In this role, you will lead operational efficiencies, focus on process and delivery, and build and execute complex web experiences. Role and Responsibilities: Independent contributor that builds web experiences in a Content Management System (CMS) using components or building custom code blocks with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and/or JSON Executes A/B and multivariate tests in our proprietary testing application during peak periods Collaborate closely with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and the creative team to identify and execute the delivery of marketing content Cultivate and build relationships with internal partners and engineering teams Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment to ensure that all work is completed according to department standards Support the execution of quality control activities, such as the manual validation of content and A/B test setup through peer reviews Troubleshoot site issues and fix incorrect content data as needed
Skills:
Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in front end development/web production/operations building web pages using a Content Management System (CMS) Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments such as engineering, marketing strategy and UX teams Experience developing and managing web pages using CMS, JavaScript and HTML Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Knowledge of UX, SEO and other factors that impact web conversions Flexible and agile with ability to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations Experience interacting with stakeholders and design teams to manage components using built web pages Experience setting up A/B tests for multiple variants and ensuring traffic split between variant pages.
