20% FROM HOME REMOTE WORK LOCATION

80% ON THE ROAD IN TERRITORY

solutions to businesses in the automotive marketplace (Body Shops, tire shops, etc. No Dealerships).
(TEKsystems CLIENT} has more than 18,000+ locations using our software to process payments and increase revenue via our
integrated solutions.

TERM:
Contract to hire w/ 90 Day (3 Month) contract as temp working for TEKsystems.
Will be considered for conversion after 90 days' (after training period) considering the 3 areas of FOCUS below are fulfilled:
Attendance
Performance
Fits company culture

WHY IS THIS ROLE OPEN?
Company is seeing growth in revenue and is hoping to build up national sales team from 4 to 10 members (territories) by end of the year.

JOB INFO:
TITLE: TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER (Jacksonville, FL-100 mi radius)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Present company software solutions to perspective clients in a professional and consultative manner
Prospect new leads by performing market analysis and research and utilizing business development tools and platforms.
Lead Generation --Follow up on all leads within one business day.
Log all notes, conversations, and sales activities in the CRM.
Achieve and maintain sales quota level performance within 90 days.
Attend all meetings, trainings, and events as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Top 3 MUST HAVES:
1. Outside Sales| Field Sales (Door to Door, B2B, automotive)
2. Performance-driven sales mentality-- This will be a BRAND-NEW TERRITORY & YOU will be the SOLE HEADHUNTER!
3. CRM| Microsoft 365| Experience with other Automotive platforms & databases
CORE SKILLSET:
1-4 years of outside sales, door to door, B2B, automotive car sales, or Territory sales experience
CRM, Outlook, and telephone skills (cold calling, follow up, setting meetings)
Strong time management, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Able to effectively multitask and prioritize
Proficient written and verbal communication
Ability to spend 80% of your time in the field visiting prospective clients. Personal vehicle required for transportation.
