JOB SUMMARY
- Implement benefit changes for multiple customers.
- Identify and document requirements for system changes in the claims benefits system.
- Conduct claims testing and validate system enhancements.
- Implement system changes.
- Strong background in medical and facility claims, understanding of billing processes, ICD codes, procedure codes, and diagnosis codes.
- Strong knowledge of medical claims benefits processing.
- Detailed knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and hearing benefits.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong medical and facility claims background, understanding of the billing process, ICD codes, procedure codes, diagnosis codes.
- Strong knowledge of medical claims/code benefits processing.
- Detailed knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and hearing benefits.
- Healthcare experience
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS .
- NASCO 3270 Mainframe experience
- Experience with membership/eligibility
- BFM/BFAST benefit configuration experience
- Analysis
- Testing
- Configuration
- Documentation
- Quality processes
- Working knowledge of SharePoint
- Medical Billing/Coding experience
