  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Overview: The Scrum Master II will work with Corporate Functions & Enterprise Platforms teams to support ERP-related projects. We’re looking for an eager, forward-thinking, and SAFe-certified Scrum Master with the ability to influence people and balance the practical vs. perfect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the product teams to define requirements and dashboard capabilities (Jira/Jira Align).
  • Partner with the team’s RTE and Training Lead to support the team’s Agile/Scrum maturity.
  • Work with the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) to discern the maturity of product teams, and appropriately formulate, communicate, and gain consensus to do what’s necessary to improve the maturity curve.
  • Provide team-level coaching and help teams deliver as they move to SAFe.
  • Facilitate PI Planning events in collaboration with various Business Stakeholders and Product Owners.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and share best practices for the common good of the team.
  • Create reports on team velocity and other metrics that can be used to introduce measurable techniques that increase team productivity.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master; SAFe certification required
  • JIRA experience required (JIRA Align experience highly preferred)
  • Experience working with a very broad set of stakeholders as part of global efforts
  • Experience standing up product teams that have differing levels of experience
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with Executive Leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business Analyst background considered a plus
  • Knowledge of Financial ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion, etc.)
