Program Management Support Air Force Medical Readiness Agency/Capability Development and Integration Branch (AFMRA/SG3Q)
- Defense Health Headquarters (DHHQ) Falls Church, VA
Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree plus four years of experience in portfolio
management and life cycle management at the executive level
Substitution: Bachelor's degree plus six years of experience in portfolio
management and life cycle management at the executive level.
The contractor shall provide
services, with demonstrated experience and working knowledge of the
development, implementation, and sustainment of a strategic management
methodology, that ensures repeatable processes, identifies opportunities for
improvement and provides a structured approach to operations. AFMRA/SG3Q needs
knowledgeable resources with proven successes to coordinate and oversee program
initiatives and priorities and provide accurate analysis and constructive
recommendations. The contractor must have demonstrated experience and working
knowledge of strategic planning.
Primary Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee program initiatives and
priorities by, facilitating and aligning Programming and Operations
Support - Assist in the development and accomplishment of
briefings for senior leadership - Provide accurate analysis and recommendations
- Provide program management support for mitigation of
encountered roadblocks - Coordinate stakeholder engagement and analysis
activities - Provide support to facilitate In Progress Reviews (IPR)
for projects, to include but not limited to agenda development and
tracking due outs - Track project status, deliverables, and milestones via
MS project or other databases, and report weekly and monthly updates - Assist in identifying future research needs and
educational gaps related to operational readiness initiatives with the Air
Force Medical Service (AFMS) - Provide Monthly Status Reports to the Contracting
Officer representative (COR)
