Description

SAIC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Services Analyst to provide support for the Joint Range Extension (JRE) Tactical Equipment Package (JTEP) program.

The role will require travel to DoD JTEP sites to conduct monthly Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI), inventory the systems, apply Cybersecurity updates, and provide training to new operators. Non-travel days, the Analyst will be on-call providing first line troubleshooting support for sites that call the Technical Service Desk (TSD).

Previous experience with Tactical Data Links, Gateways, Link 16, and various radios is required. Must be able to travel up to 75% .

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) in maintenance, planning and managing data link operations, setup, and operations of data link equipment.
  • Travel and conduct Preventative Maintenance Inspections at Customer Sites.
  • May require working in varied environments depending on the customer's location.
  • Provide training to new operators.
  • Offer high-level technical phone support directly to TDL customers.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure problem resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Utilize MS SharePoint for document organization.
  • Initiate, assign, track, and close JTEP Technical Service Desk (TSD) actions and maintain documentation for review and reporting.
  • Generate site visit reports post-JTEP site visits.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years of experience.
  • Previous experience with Tactical Data Links, Gateways, Link 16, and various radios is required.
  • Proficient in JRE, ADSI, MIDS LVT, MIDS JTRS, GCCS, Link 16, Link 11, SAT J, SADL, PRC-117, PSC-5, JTEP systems.
  • Strong commitment to client service and professionalism.
  • Prior experience with government, military, or private sector office administration and correspondence.
  • Teamwork skills coupled with the ability to also work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Professional and MS SharePoint.
  • Must be able to travel up to 75%

  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially under time constraints.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize effectively.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
