Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing within the financial industry. The ideal candidate will assist with executing marketing strategies, managing social media, creating content, supporting design tasks, and handling administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Support: Assist in creating visual content for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, brochures, newsletters, and presentations using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

- Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook by creating, scheduling, and posting content.

- Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns.

- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and coordinating marketing activities.

- SEO Optimization: Support efforts to enhance our websites SEO through keyword research and on-page optimization.

- Email Marketing: Assist in designing and implementing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.

- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, tracking their performance, and suggesting improvements.

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using tools such as Google Analytics.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

- Basic understanding of SEO principles and email marketing.

- Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- An interest in AI, machine learning, and the financial industry is a plus.
