About The Role:

Lead the strategy, vision, and execution for our suite of data products.

Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation to release and ongoing optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and deliver value to customers.

Be the voice of the customer, understanding their needs and translating them into impactful products.

Work closely with leadership to align product goals with business objectives.

Primary Objectives:

Drive product growth and market expansion for the data products portfolio.

Deliver on revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Ensure product alignment with customer needs and market trends.

Optimize product performance through continuous improvement and innovation.

Build and lead a high-performing product team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Defining the product strategy and roadmap for data products.

Partnering with engineering, design, and data teams to execute product plans.

Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.

Managing the product backlog and prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility.

Presenting product progress and results to stakeholders, including executives.

What We Are Looking For:

8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data products or similar.

Proven ability to define and execute product strategy at a high level.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive decisions.

Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in an agile environment.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Ability to inspire and mentor a team while fostering a collaborative culture.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

A background in machine learning, AI, or advanced data analytics.

Industry experience navigating federal and district requirement, ensuring the product portfolio aligns with industry standards.

Prior ability to support data products, managing migrations, and implementing sunset strategies.

A strong track record of successfully launching and scaling data products.
