  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

About The Company

Our client is a technology driven, multi-asset investment firm operating on a global scale.

Responsibilities
  • Record, review, and reconcile intercompany transactions in multiple currencies across various companies
  • Review of invoices for proper approval, amount, allocation code and expense methodology
  • Set up payments/transfers on various bank portals
  • Set up and maintain vendor profiles, requesting W-9 forms, and verifying bank account changes
  • Assist with external audit requests as needed
  • Assistance with ad hoc assignments and special projects, including FBAR and 1099 filing

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years of AP experience
  • Mix of public and private accounting experience
  • Knowledge of foreign currency transactions
  • Knowledge of Workday and Concur Invoice

Salary Range

$85,000-$110,000
