An exceptional law firm seeks a Benefits Analyst to join their New York or Washington, DC office. This role will involve:
- Supporting all facets of the firm’s benefits administration, including health, vision, dental, FSA, and other specialty benefits.
- Maintaining files and internal communications, conducting periodic audits, and handling any troubleshooting or problem resolution.
- Assisting with FSA administration, partner retirement matters, and Medicare forms.
- Advising staff with life event changes and coverage updates.
Requirements:
- HR professional with 3 or more years of related experience and knowledge of healthcare policies.
- Proficiency with an HRIS system such as Workday.
- Proactive work ethic, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
