  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

SCHEDULE/ENVIRONMENT: Located in a high-rise medical building and they occupy the top floor and floor below. Nearly 100 people in-office.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Architectural Designer will join the team with a retail focus. They will also hold the following responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to discuss design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs.
  • Gather necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts.
  • Provide clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, building site, and recent trends.
  • Use Revit to produce architectural plans for management and client approval.
  • Rework and modify designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients.
  • Provide management with estimates on cost, time, machinery, construction, and other specifications.
  • Interact with other Architects and Designers to exchange ideas and provide support.
  • Ensure all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained.
  • Ensure all layouts and blueprints are compliant with industry codes and legal standards.

MUST HAVES:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture
  • Revit
  • 1+ year of experience working on retail projects (could be from internships)
  • Architectural planning
  • Cost estimation
  • Design layout
