  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Vice President Finance

Our service client is seeking a Vice President Finance to join their New Castle, DE location. Hybrid, four days in office, one remote. Local candidates only.

The Vice President Finance is a hand on position that will be responsible for organizational financial management functions, including financial reporting, corporate accounting, financial reports preparation, and internal control procedures/policies development.

Responsibilities of the Vice President Finance

  • Overseeing budget planning processes
  • Providing updates and recommendations regarding financial performance and trends, plans and projections, and business analytics
  • Creating analysis and tools to identify issues and drive decision making process
  • Developing financial models and forecasts
  • Presenting data and financial metrics to senior management

Requirements of the Vice President Finance

  • CPA or MBA required
  • Private Equity experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years FP&A experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain planning and forecasting models; strong Excel a MUST
  • Experience preparing reporting packages
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership

Additional Details:

Salary: to $350k all in

Employment Type: Direct Hire

The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
