Position: Business Systems Analyst (Job Id 82225-1)

Location: El Dorado Hills CA 95762 (Occasionally into the EDH office)

Duration: 6 Months + Possible Extension

• Print & Digital vendor capabilities assessment for Broadridge, O Neill Data systems, Arvato and others.
• Leverage expertise in Omnichannel and ID Card digital vendors to drive transformation RFQ requirements and lead the results analysis in a consumable Executive leader recommendation deck
• Strong analytical skills to quantify ROI opportunities and to model outcomes
• Written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex technical and business information for internal stakeholders and vendors
• The ability read output data structures at a technical level, see and drive opportunities for data standardization, including basic knowledge of industry best practices. Preferred knowledge of Experience cube, Cloud, AI and AWS
• Drive End to End project work for letter and composition tool implementation
• Ability to work with cross functional team members at different levels and communicate professional in a way that honors out team s brand. Work collectively to accomplish success outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile. Use Jira to write epics and stories and build and maintain status dashboards.
• Provides complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross-functional business operations
• Works to achieve operational targets with direct impact on departmental results.
• Works independently under limited supervision.
• Work is reviewed for adequacy in meeting objectives.
• May be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area.
• May manage projects requiring the responsibility of delegating work and reviewing resulting work product.
• Analyzes actual results against plan and forecast and recommends interventions where appropriate.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with Agile. Use Jira to write epics and stories and build and maintain status dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
• 5-7 years experience required
• Basic knowledge of programming languages in order to comprehend reading code and basic functions
• Project management skills in order to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines
• Ability to increase operating efficiency with produce high quality technical solutions
