By leveraging their extensive experience and relationship-building skills, this recruiter will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment efforts, ensuring optimal staffing solutions that contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Required

* 2+ years of HIGH-VOLUME FULL CYCLE recruiting experience filling roles in the Retail Banking Industry such as Branch Managers, Financial Wellness, Personal Bankers, and Teller Positions.

* Ability to work in the East Coast Time Zone

* Experience handling a req load of 20-30 min and with a monthly fill target of 15 +

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

*Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree

*Experience with Workday
