The Position:
Client: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC)
Position Title: PTC - IT Plant Maintenance Technical SME Exception (749288)
Location: Remote Off-Site with Client in Middletown, PA
Duration: Initial term through 06/30/2025 (+ Annual Renewal in 1-Year Terms)

Note: This position is remote off-site, within the continental United States. In addition to the PA ePATCH background check, PTC requires a National Criminal Background Check prior to engagement start.

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) is seeking an IT Plant Maintenance Technical SME resource with expertise in the following products/platforms/activities;
- Application SAP Plant Maintenance
- Application SAP Work Manager mobile application
- Application OnBase
- Application Agile Assets
- Sign Management System
- Pavement Management System
- Tunnel Management System
- Application Pontis Bridge Management System (BrM)
- Platform Gasboy Fuel Management System
- Application EKOS Fuel Management System
- Custom Bridge Assessment System
- Application MS Azure DevOps
- Lead, review, analyze, design, configure, test, and deploy IT applications supporting new highways and/or facilities projects.
- Create, update and maintain system documentation

Position Duties;
- Analyze, design, configure, and deploy enterprise applications and integrations
- Develop detailed technical specification and Quick reference documents
- Troubleshoot and fix issues
- Perform unit testing and QA testing
- Update tickets in ServiceNow
- Provide level of effort estimates for change requests
- Leads projects developed by vendors, provide SAP Plant Maintenance process overview to developers and monitor/assist throughout the project
- Leads and facilitate meetings with project team members
- Perform other related duties as assigned

The Skills and Experience:
- 5+ Years: Experience with Application SAP Plant Maintenance
- 5+ Years: Experience with Application SAP Work Manager mobile application
- 5+ Years: Experience with Application OnBase
- 5+ Years: Experience with Application Agile Assets; Sign Management, Pavement Management, Tunnel Management
- 5+ Years: Experience with Application Pontis Bridge Management System (BrM)
- 5+ Years: Experience with Platform Gasboy Fuel Management System
- 5+ Years: Experience with Application EKOS Fuel Management System
- 5+ Years: Experience with Application MS Azure DevOps
- 5+ Years: Experience with Lead, review, analyze, design, configure, test, and deploy IT applications supporting new highways and/or facilities projects
- 5+ Years: Experience with Create, update and maintain system documentation
