The Position:
Client: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC)
Position Title: PTC - Senior Integration Technical SME Exception (749292)
Location: Remote Off-Site with Client in Middletown, PA
Duration: Initial term through 06/30/2025 (+ Annual Renewal in 1-Year Terms)
Note: This position is remote off-site, within the continental United States. In addition to the PA ePATCH background check, PTC requires a National Criminal Background Check prior to engagement start.
The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) is seeking a Senior System Technical SME with expertise in as many of the following products/platforms/activities as possible;
- Windows server OS administration
- Application ABAP experience in ECC, SRM, BW, SOLMAN, FIORI, GRC
- Application JAVA experience in NW Portal, LVM, PO
- ServiceNow System Administration / Configurations
- OnBase System Administration / Configurations
- MS Dynamics (including CE, F&O, and General system)
- MS Azure services (LogicApps, API s, APP Registrations, etc.)
- MS Azure DevOps Administration
- Create, update and maintain system documentation
Position Duties;
1. Windows Server Administration:
- Request new servers based on type of application being deployed
- Use RDP to connect to manage applications on windows servers
- Perform application installs on windows servers
- Manage IIS configurations
2. SAP Basis Administration:
- Perform System monitoring
- Modify Technical system configurations
- Perform System planning and implementation
- Move transports from one system to another
- Configure jobs.
3. ServiceNow Administration:
- Modify System configurations
- Deploying update sets
- Submit incidents & Change requests
4. OnBase Administration:
- Modify System configurations
- Manage email configuration in non-prod systems
- Manage IIS OnBase site configurations
5. MS Dynamics Administration:
- Create new CE environments based on business needs
- Manually backup and restore environments when needed on a case-by-case basis
- Deploy solutions from one environment to another and execute documented post steps
6. MS Finance and Operations:
- Manage systems through Lifecycle Services
- Deploy packages to FO systems
- Create new FO sandbox/dev systems when needed
7. MS Azure:
- Manage resources such as LogicApps, API s, APP Registrations, etc.
- Setup new and manage existing alerts
8. MS Azure DevOps:
- Run pipelines when needed
- Modify configurations as needed
The Skills and Experience:
- 5+ Years: Windows server OS administration
- 5+ Years: ABAP experience in ECC, SRM, BW, SOLMAN, FIORI, GRC
- 5+ Years: JAVA experience in NW Portal, LVM, PO
- 5+ Years: ServiceNow System Administration / Configurations
- 5+ Years: OnBase System Administration / Configurations
- 5+ Years: MS Dynamics (including CE, F&O, and General system)
- 5+ Years: MS Azure services (LogicApps, API s, APP Registrations, etc.)
- 5+ Years: MS Azure DevOps Administration
- 5+ Years: Create, update and maintain system documentation
