General Description
This seasoned professional role leads technology requirements development, defines user interfaces, and clarifies system and data needs. It acts as a liaison between stakeholders, analyzing and validating business and system requirements for platform applications.
Supervision
Works under general supervision with responsibility for assigned tasks or programs.
Responsibilities
Supports Project Managers by gathering business requirements, leading technology solutions, coordinating implementation, and analyzing post-project results. Conducts business process analysis, recommends improvements, and ensures alignment with strategic goals. Provides IT input, manages resources, and documents processes.
Decision Making
Selects appropriate methods and applies organizational policies, recommending exceptions when needed.
Leadership
Guides and trains less experienced staff, leading cross-functional teams when necessary.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge of concepts and tools in the field
- Proficient technical and organizational skills
- Ability to plan and execute tasks independently
- Effective at training others and building relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5 years of Information Systems experience
- Six Sigma certification preferred
