  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Position:
Client: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC)
Position Title: PTC - Senior SAP ABAP Developer Technical SME Exception (749291)
Location: Remote Off-Site with Client in Middletown, PA
Duration: Initial term through 06/30/2025 (+ Annual Renewal in 1-Year Terms)

Note: This position is remote off-site, within the continental United States. In addition to the PA ePATCH background check, PTC requires a National Criminal Background Check prior to engagement start.

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) is seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer Technical SME with expertise in as many of the following products/platforms/activities as possible;
- SAP ABAP/4 programming using: BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, Workflow, LSMW, Reports, SAPScripts, writing user exits, BDC coding, and interfaces.
- Application ABAP experience in ECC, SRM, BW, SOLMAN, FIORI, GRC
- Application SAP ABAP/UI5/HTML with BTP and Fiori
- Application JAVA experience in NW Portal, LVM, PO
- Develop and maintain SAP design and technical specification documents and assist in defining and documenting SAP Best Practices
- Create, update and maintain system documentation

Position Duties;
- The SAP ABAP Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, unit testing, debugging, and implementing SAP ABAP applications
- The developer is expected to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions to customers, while adhering to development standards and methodologies.
- The SAP ABAP Developer should possess strong application development and system integration skills
- This person works as part of the Enterprise Development team and be able to perform code reviews with peers, recognizing good programming techniques and correcting coding problems
- Be familiar with all the latest best practices for S/4 HANA/BTP development

The Skills and Experience:
- 8+ Years: SAP ABAP/4 programming using: BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, Workflow, LSMW, Reports, SAPScripts, writing user exits, BDC coding, and interfaces
- 8+ Years: ABAP experience in ECC, SRM, BW, SOLMAN, FIORI, GRC

- 8+ Years: JAVA experience in NW Portal, LVM, PO
- 8+ Years: Developing and maintaining SAP design and technical specification documents, and assist in defining and documenting SAP Best Practices
