  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our Client, a major IT solutions firm, is seeking a strong technical and administrative professional with information technology and cloud background with a proven track record of developing, enhancing, and managing teams and customers. Will manage direct reports, vendors, service providers as well as a remote diverse tier 2/3 technical operations team. This position will require working onsite in Cambridge MA 2 days per week and onsite in Bedford MA 2 days per week, remote for 2 days, remote 1 day per week

The Sr. Network Manager will work closely with the Managed Services Practice Lead, Director Technical Operations and leaders from other departments to deliver exceptional support to both internal and external customers. Having AWS/Azure and Infrastructure expertise is critical.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be accomplished at transforming, creating, and managing projects, clients, and operational teams to deliver high-quality technology projects & services.

Must possess strong technical knowledge of AWS / Azure Cloud management, O365, PowerShell and data center operating systems & tools.

Proven experience in building and managing both onsite and virtual technical support teams.

Display exceptional written and in-person communications.

Experience in IT infrastructure planning, development, implementation, and support to include Sales Support for RFP responses.

Proven experience managing remote monitoring and Infrastructure teams.
