Job Title: Oracle OTC (Order to Cash) Specialist

Job Summary: As an Oracle OTC Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Order to Cash process within our Oracle ERP system. Your role will involve working closely with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing, invoicing, and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process sales orders and coordinate order fulfillment with supply chain and logistics teams.
  • Generate and manage invoices, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Analyze OTC data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate customer master data and assist in credit management activities.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle OTC functionality.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on OTC metrics.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Order to Cash processes, preferably within an Oracle ERP environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Oracle EBS/Cloud and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle certification in relevant modules.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
