Job Title: Windows Systems Administrator

Job DescriptionThis dynamic position is responsible for supporting/troubleshooting customer facing web applications to include our internal PC’s & Cloud Based Windows Network. Our web & mobile applications focus on GPS tracking software powered by Google Maps and related third party API’s. Core responsibilities will include customer tech support, PC software/hardware troubleshooting, and customer training & documentation using a variety of different tools and applications. The is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to drive and lead new initiatives around building an effective technology departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Spares provisioning
  • Amazing customer service skills, practiced within an application support environment.
  • Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting basic web applications.
  • Hands on experience troubleshooting common Windows hardware & software issues.
  • Experience leading new initiatives or high value tasks to completion.
  • Training customers on application features and functionality.
  • Update and create new training materials to include documents, presentations, and videos.
  • Azure AD administration experience managing resources, users, groups, and policies.
  • Networking experience to include cabling, routers, and switch troubleshooting within Cisco Meraki eco system.
  • Managing email with MS Exchange hosted in Azure & MS365.
  • Configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting of resources like MS Defender, Intune, SharePoint.
  • Self-starter, creative, and has a passion for learning new skills & technologies.
  • Effectively communicate with customers at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Enjoy working with law enforcement, military, and government employees.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and juggle multiple priorities.

Work Site

This position has the potential to be hybrid if needed.
