Job Description:

The responsibilities include execution of full life cycle activities in support of multiple DevSecOps tools which will include but not limited to:
* Work directly with architect, principal and lead engineer, and other team members on design and implement tasks.
* Plan and build roadmaps for the EKS and AWS DevOps Implementation.
* Build Applications with EKS and AWS best practices
* Accountable for meeting milestones.
* Conduct code review, unit and integration testing.
* Document system design and unit testing information
* Automation of manual steps

Required Skills:
* Hands on with EKS and AWS
* Hands on with Python, Shell scripting
* Have hands on skills with Cloudbees, BitBucket, Sonar, Artifactory, CloudNative Practices. Wide breadth knowledge of development and testing best DevSecOps practices.
* Outstanding knowledge in Continuous Integration (CI), Testing (CT), Security and deployment (CD) concepts. Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
* Apply engineering principles to improve resiliency, performance, efficiency and scalability of the DevSecOps eco system
* Find opportunities and build automation to reduce team's interdependency
* Linux administration
* Windows administration
* Excellent documentation skills
* Self-starter and quick learner
* Be part of on call rotation
Day to Day Activities:
* AWS and EKS operations
* Build the Agreed upon App that leverages EKS, Cloudnative concepts and implement in production.
* Retrospect on the current implementation and document for future use.
* Cloud Native tools
* Administer AWS console where Cloudbees Agent exists on the EC2 instance.
